Balsamic-Honey Dressing

Are you still using store-bought salad dressing? If so, it’s time to ditch those bottled dressings and make your own! Many bottled dressings are laced with hidden sugars, inflammatory oils, and preservatives, oh my!

This dressing contains the exact opposite ingredients; olive oil, rich in monounsaturated fats that quells inflammation, while honey provides a natural sweetness that is packed full of vitamins and minerals. Nine times out of ten I top my salads with this dressing; it’s super simple and has the perfect balance of tart and sweet. I have a feeling you’ll love it too.


¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey


  1. Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
